It isn't easy being the Manager of the kind of misfits that work in a
24-hour copy shop, but Maggie doesn't seem to mind. Kopy King's flagship store in downtown Austin, Tx is her home... and the employees are her family.
But lately she's been working so much that she's forgotten to have a life. And she's all but blind to assistant manager Dan's affections. It doen't help that Dan ain't much of a sharer when it comes to feelings, talking, or making his move on the woman he loves.
Dan better act soon, or someone else will - like Brad, a newly-hired sketchy dude from Oklahoma whose innocent smile and phoney accent hide a sinister secret... and HE ain't afraid of making moves.
Touching a match to this powder keg is Kopy King’s impish father figure and owner Abe. He blows into town with disheartening news for everybody: Kopy King is done, he is selling out to Corporate America.
