Carmen has worked in the Human Resources industry for almost 25 years, and is aces at getting people to work together, and helping different departments understand the function and importance of the other departments - seeing the Big Picture - that is a valuable asset in working on a film project.She has also helped facilitate smooth operation on set or in the studio; she has helped produce CDs, books and live events such as festivals and corporate gatherings.
